Trustee/Co-Trustee/Executor Services

In cases where families want an individual to serve as a trustee, but also understand the advantages of having a corporate trustee, we can also serve as co-trustee. Working closely with the family's trusted advisor, we bring our extensive financial and investment management expertise to bear in order to better realize the family's goals and values.

Executor Services

Our experience as a fiduciary makes us keenly aware of the responsibility of the executor, and particularly adept at easing the burden placed on families during a challenging time.

We offer full-time professional estate administration services that focus on maximizing tax and cost savings for our clients' estates. We coordinate closely with our clients' attorneys and tax advisors to avoid penalties or settlement delays which can occur with less experienced fiduciaries.

As with our trustee role, we also are able to provide these services on an agency basis to an individual who might have been named as executor, but who does not have the professional expertise or time to properly meet the requirements of the position.
