Amanda is an Assistant Vice President, Client Advisor in Whittier Trust’s Philanthropic Services department, providing philanthropic advisory services to our high-net-worth clients and management services for their foundations and donor-advised funds. She maximizes the charitable giving experience by identifying organizations aligned with clients’ interests, maintaining relationships with non-profit organizations, and providing grants management services. Amanda supports foundations and DAFs so that clients can feel confident in their philanthropic endeavors.
Amanda has ten years of experience with non-profit organizations where she focused on strategic planning, program development, and measuring impact. Before Whittier Trust, she spent several years at CARE International and was most recently at Evaluation Specialists, providing evaluation and research services to clients. She joined Whittier Trust in 2021.
She earned her Bachelor’s degree in Political Science from the University of San Diego, obtained a Master’s of Public Service from the University of Arkansas, and completed her Chartered Advisor in Philanthropy (CAP®) designation from The American College.
