2024 Internship Program
Our 2024 Internship Program provides rising and graduating college seniors with an opportunity to experience the world of Wealth Management. During the 10-week program, you will learn about and, possibly work with, all client service offerings within Whittier Trust—Investment Management, Client Advisory, Family Office, Philanthropy and Alternatives.
Mentored by industry leaders and supported by our 230 wealth professionals, you will be assigned two major projects and complete real-time wealth management projects, honing your research, analysis, business writing and presentation skills.

Requirements
All college students may apply, however, preference is given to rising college seniors and graduating seniors.
Applicants should be able to demonstrate the following
- Excellent academic record
- Progress towards Bachelor's Degree
- Strong emotional intelligence and maturity
- Intellectual curiosity
- Interest in Wealth Management
