Steven Ward is a Vice President of Real Estate based in Whittier Trust’s Newport Beach office. His responsibilities include the oversight of Whittier Trust clients’ real estate assets and advising on their overall real estate-related requirements. This may include asset management, acquisitions, dispositions, financing, operations, and leasing. Steven also sources and evaluates new investment opportunities, which are offered to clients as part of their overall real estate allocation.

Steven has nearly 20 years of real estate experience across varied property types and disciplines.  He has worked for firms including CBRE, Colliers, and Savills, where he focused on investment sales, buy-side advisory, and equity placement business throughout the United States. Steven has been involved in over $5 billion in transaction volume on behalf of institutional and private real estate investors.

Steven graduated from the University of Arizona with a Bachelor of Science in Regional Development. He is passionate about supporting various youth organizations and coaches youth sports in his local community. Outside of work and community involvement, Steven enjoys being active outdoors with his wife and two children.
